Who is Lillian

Lillian Elenwoke is a seasoned social impact and export strategist with over 18 years of experience in project management, marketing operations, and strategic development. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the State University of New York at Albany.In college, Lillian got curious about business/ enterpreneurship and started “Lylos Glam ‘Cessories,” selling unique jewelry & fashion accessories to fellow students. In 2012, she stumbled into another business idea; “Chicken Center”, delivering chickens to busy professionals in Abuja on weekends and even came up with the tagline “Fresh out the poultry, straight to your doorstep” . 2015 was the year she finally registered a business name and became a Gift Advisory; Curating unique gift packages and creating “intellectual hampers ” for High Profile Clients. Her focus shifted to packaging and export strategies in 2018 after recognizing the potential for African goods in the U.S. market and identifying a gap in packaging quality while working on the Trade with Africa Business Summit in Bentonville, Arkansas, USA. This experience led her to establish MBPackaging as a Doing Business As (DBA) in New York, and later registering MaisonBlancheisAfrican(MBISAFRICAN)LLC in New Jersey, focusing on sustainable packaging and export consulting for small businesses.

Pack it and Stack it

Lillian has been recognized for her contributions to the packaging industry, including being featured in MasterCard’s Priceless campaign in 2000 “As one of the only black-owned packaging consulting companies in the Tri-State Area”. She is currently pursuing an Masters of Business Administration (MBA)/Masters of Science in Information Systems (MSIS) degree at Rider University, NJ, to further expand her expertise in business and technology.

In 2024, Lillian registered MaisonBlanche is African LTD in Abuja, She is also the founder of a growing community “Taking Up Spaces Global,” Lillian is committed to empowering small businesses, especially women-owned businesses in rural communities by providing them with the tools and knowledge needed for global market success. Her mission is to enhance trade between the U.S. and Africa by connecting entrepreneurs, showcasing African products, and facilitating strategic partnerships & collaborations between businesses across continents. She currently lives in Mercer County, NJ with her family.
